Estimator - Façades
Salary: £75,000 + package
Location: Essex (Hybrid: field/office/home)
Key Feature: Play a pivotal role in high-profile façade projects

Our client is expanding its façade solutions team to support rapid business growth. With a strong reputation for delivering bespoke and sustainable designs, they are taking on more complex, large-scale projects and need an experienced Estimator to ensure accurate, cost-effective bids.

The Estimator will:

• Analyse project plans to create precise cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment
• Collaborate with the Bid Manager and Precon team to align estimates with project needs
• Provide technical insights into cost structures, ensuring financial feasibility
• Assist in client meetings, offering cost breakdowns and bid support
• Assess risks and opportunities within bids to maximise project success

The Estimator will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction or façade estimation
• Strong knowledge of façade systems and cost estimation software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing projects
• Ability to collaborate with Bid Managers, Project Teams, and other Estimators
• Organisational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously
