We are working with a fast-growing company in the façade industry, renowned for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions. As they expand their portfolio of complex, large-scale projects, they are looking for a Bid Manager to play a key role in securing new business and driving strategic growth.

The Bid Manager will:

• Lead the bidding process from client engagement to final submission.
• Provide technical insight, ensuring proposals meet client and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Preconstruction, and Estimating teams for seamless project handover.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Develop competitive, high-quality, and cost-effective bids aligned with company objectives.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in façade bid management and estimating.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems.
• Ability to manage complex bids and client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset, working across teams to deliver winning bids.
