Business Development Manager - Facilities Management
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + Commission
Location: South London - Hybrid
Working Model: Office, field, and remote
Our client is expanding rapidly, backed by a major international group. With a strategic acquisition plan in place, they are set to scale significantly over the next five years.
This role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of their business development team, driving new contract wins across healthcare, commercial, and public sectors.
The Business Development Manager will:
Identify and secure new cleaning contracts in key sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
Lead bids, tenders, and proposals to drive contract wins
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless contract onboarding
Essential Skills:
5+ years in business development/sales within the cleaning industry
Experience in public sector contracts (NHS, government, education preferred)
Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue
Expertise in bids, tenders, and proposals
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid role
