Location: Remote (occasional travel)

Our client is expanding in the UK and is seeking a Bid Manager to drive growth in Facilities Management. This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre bid team with a 70% win rate, strong support systems, and a culture that values work-life balance.

The Bid Manager will take ownership of the FM bid process, from strategy and writing to submission and delivery. You'll be instrumental in shaping the company’s market presence in the UK, particularly in London and the South. Supported by an experienced bid team and external agencies, you’ll have access to the tools and training needed for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FM bids, crafting winning proposals that support UK expansion.
• Work collaboratively within the wider bid team (team of 8).
• Manage the end-to-end bid process with operational and IT support.
• Contribute to a high-performance environment, leveraging a 70% win rate.
• Engage with leadership on strategic bid decisions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Facilities Management bids.
• Proven ability to manage the full bid life cycle.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Motivated and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset.
