Our client, a multi-disciplinary property compliance consultancy, is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented Bid Writer to join their team.

Specialising in fire, asbestos, gas, and electrical compliance services for the social housing sector, this organisation is targeting a bold expansion, with plans to double their revenue within the next five years.

The Bid Writer will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling bid content, collaborating with SMEs, and managing smaller bids independently. You’ll have the chance to enhance your skills and take ownership of high-impact projects.

The Bid Writer will:

• Develop tailored, persuasive bid content for projects ranging from £20k to £5M.
• Collaborate with operational teams and SMEs to gather insights and key information.
• Manage smaller bids autonomously while supporting the Bid Manager on larger opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all bids are compliant and engaging.
• Continuously improve content libraries and templates to enhance bid quality.

Essential Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of bid writing experience in consultancy or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders and creating tailored content.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with bid management tools is desirable.
