My client is a rapidly growing Tier 1 contractor that’s forecasting £1 billion in revenue this year and is known for its lean, dynamic approach to delivering large-scale projects across water, energy, and rail sectors.

We’re looking for a Bid Manager to help shape and drive their bids strategy as they continue to expand. This role is perfect for someone who’s managed significant tenders (ideally £5 million+) and is eager to step up in a high-growth environment with lots of responsibility and support from experienced leadership.

Joining them means being part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented team with market leading flexible working options and the chance to really make an impact as the company scales.

For context, their revenue has doubled YoY in the last few years. This now means they’re looking to add an additional 5 heads to the bids team over the next few months - super exciting time to be joining them.

We're looking for someone who has:
- A strong grasp of the bid management process.
- Good project management and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the built environment.
- The drive to learn and grow.
