Regulatory Campaign Project Manager
Our client is a global eCommerce marketplace and they are seeking a Regulatory Campaign Project Manager (RCPM) to support a global regulatory initiative that coordinates responses to evolving regulations impacting a large digital marketplace ecosystem.
Location: Downtown Toronto
Hybrid / in-office: 2 days per week
Contract: 1 year (with potential for renewal)
The RCPM role sits at the intersection of creativity, compliance, and delivery. You'll own regulatory campaign projects end-to-end for one of the world's most recognized e-commerce brands, acting as the connective tissue between internal teams, agency partners, and key stakeholders across Legal and Product. That means managing timelines, communicating feedback, protecting brand integrity, and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns moving without a hitch.
Day to day, you'll plan and manage workloads, report on risks and milestones, and build a deep strategic understanding of the business' regulatory operations and then apply that knowledge proactively. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams, mentor where needed, and bring both agility and calm under pressure. Bonus points if you've got experience overseeing influencer or social media campaigns.
