Product Manager

Our client is a fast-growing technology company building an AI-powered platform to transform the commercial real estate brokerage industry. They're hiring a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a fully integrated, data-driven workflow platform for brokers and agents.

Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

This role is central to the design, execution, and launch of the company’s flagship platform, integrating automation and analytics into a unified product experience. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the Product Manager will work across engineering, design, and user teams to ensure timely releases and optimize broker efficiency and deal velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the full product roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA
• Translate business requirements into detailed specs and sprint plans
• Monitor platform adoption, performance, and uptime
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize product delivery
• Manage external vendors and offshore development partners
• Drive feedback cycles with brokerage users to refine features

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience in a tech company
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, experience with Agile
• Solid understanding of software lifecycle, APIs, data flows
• Excellent communication; ability to align business and technical teams
• Proven track record delivering products on-time and on-budget
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

Preferred

• Background in proptech, fintech, or real estate software
• Familiarity with AI workflows and integrations
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Startup or early-stage environment experience
