Showroom Manager
 
Our client is a leading financial services firm expanding its retail showroom presence across Canada, and they’re looking for a Showroom Manager to oversee a high-tech, customer-centric financial services branch.

Location: Toronto, ON
In-office role

This role involves leading all in-store operations with a focus on team development, customer experience, compliance, and brand representation. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team with financial knowledge, ensure smooth regulatory adherence (FINTRAC, IIROC, PIPEDA), and optimize the in-store experience with tech-integrated customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent & Team Leadership: Recruit and train financial-savvy staff; promote a culture of excellence and compliance.
• Customer Experience & Operations: Oversee account openings, in-store tech demos, and financial consultations.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain full adherence to Canadian financial regulations and licensing.
• Training & Development: Create ongoing staff education initiatives, including objection handling, product updates, and regulation refreshers.
• Store Optimization: Improve layout, leverage digital tools, and test new strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in retail financial management (bank branch or brokerage)
• CSC/CPH preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong regulatory knowledge (FINTRAC, IIROC, AML, etc.)
• Leadership experience in client-facing, fast-paced environments
• CRM and data analytics proficiency
• French fluency is a plus
