Wrong Way Sales Specialist - Hybrid / Remote

Our client is a leading provider of traffic safety solutions and they're seeking a Wrong Way Sales Specialist to drive nationwide sales of wrong way detection systems.

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Territory: North-West North America

Travel: Regional travel for trade shows and customer visits

This role will serve as the central figure for all wrong way product sales across the U.S., executing a targeted sales strategy, coordinating with regional sales teams, and directly engaging with key clients. The specialist will also work closely with marketing and product management to align campaigns and product messaging, and maintain up-to-date CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy for wrong way detection systems
• Provide expert, consultative support to customers and internal sales teams
• Generate leads and manage prospecting goals set by leadership
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries and process sales through various channels
• Track trends, report on performance, and support dealer partnerships
• Travel to regional trade shows and client sites as needed

Requirements

• Past experience (or strong interest) in selling ITS services
• 1–3 years of prior sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and territory data management
