Our client is a fast-growing global fintech company in the online brokerage and wealth management space, and they're seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead large-scale, data-driven user acquisition campaigns tailored to the Canadian market.
Location: Toronto, ON Work Environment: Hybrid / In-office
This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with over 10 years of experience and a deep understanding of Canada's financial landscape. The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will drive omni-channel marketing strategies, collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, and continuously optimize performance based on KPIs and local consumer behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of omni-channel acquisition campaigns across digital, influencer, offline, and in-app channels
Serve as a strategic liaison between Canadian and global teams to align goals and integrate best practices
Analyze market trends to tailor acquisition strategies and uncover new growth opportunities
Track key metrics like CAC, ROI, and conversion rates to refine and scale campaign performance
Act as the local marketing expert on consumer preferences, investment behaviour, and brand positioning
Requirements
10+ years of marketing experience with a strong record in large-scale user acquisition campaigns
Experience in fintech, financial services, or high-growth startups preferred
Deep knowledge of the Canadian market and financial consumer behaviour
Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing performance tools and metrics
Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and global collaboration across time zones
