Our client is a fast-growing global fintech company in the online brokerage and wealth management space, and they're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and user acquisition efforts within the Canadian market.
Location: Toronto, ON (North York)

This role is ideal for a data-driven, entrepreneurial marketer with a deep understanding of the Canadian financial services landscape. The Brand Marketing Manager will lead national brand campaigns, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate closely with global teams to align creative, content, and product initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and user acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives
Shape local brand positioning and communication strategies to drive awareness and engagement
Manage relationships with local media, influencers, and strategic partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, product, and design teams
Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and track brand health metrics
Bring a creative mindset to identify innovative growth opportunities and lead projects from ideation to launch
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in brand marketing; fintech or financial services experience preferred
Proven success managing branding campaigns and working with media or channel partners
Deep understanding of the Canadian market and consumer behavior
Strong project management and communication skills; bilingualism (English, Chinese, or French) is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with global collaboration
