About the Role Reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate field technician schedules for optimal efficiency and coverage
Organise technician dispatch to client sites while maximising productivity
Manage daily invoicing with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
Process purchase orders and handle procurement requirements
Maintain accurate data entry and manage online portals
Deliver excellent customer support and resolve queries efficiently
Provide general admin support to enhance team operations
Skills and Experience
Background in a similar coordination or operations support role would be highly regarded
Call centre or team-based customer service experience is essential
Proven ability to manage and schedule field-based staff in a dynamic setting
Confident handling data entry and conducting data reviews
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with Pronto, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems would be advantageous
A strong customer-first mindset
Quick learner with a technical flair
Current Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance preferred
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Eye for detail and a proactive approach in fast-paced environments
Strong communicator with solid problem-solving capabilities
