About the Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Customer Service Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the customer service department. You’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, mentoring and developing your team, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery through innovation and strong stakeholder relationships.
Your Duties
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team
Coach, train, and develop staff to ensure a high level of service excellence
Use data and systems (CRM and in-house ERP) to identify trends, improve processes, and present improvement strategies to senior management
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Stay across industry trends and customer service innovations to drive best practices
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within customer service
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer service-focused environment
Background in manufacturing or product-based industries is highly regarded
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to service and team development
Valid Driver’s License (car) required
