About the Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers in the building industry to achieve sales and volume targets within Victoria and Tasmania
Your Duties
Achieve sales growth by offering our current products/services to existing customers, Developers, Builders & Plumbing Merchants and Joinery/Kitchen Companies and Multi Site Retail
Conduct New Business Development initiatives
Manage a select group of existing customers to ensure continued sales and profit growth
Provide technical and product solutions that better meets the needs of the customer requirements.
Maintain up-to-date customer information on the company database within your State
Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimize "face-to-face" customer interactions
Continually review and recommend improvements to our sales strategies to maximize sales and profits
Skills and Experience
2-5 years' experience in New Business Development
Experience within the building industry is preferred ideally with Joinery/Kitchen Companies, Developers, Builders & Plumbing Merchants.
