Excellent opportunity for an experienced ACCA or ACA Qualified Audit Senior to join a highly regarded and rapidly expanding Practice in the Manchester area. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering audit assignments from planning to completion
• Lead on-site audits, executing the agreed plan from start to completion, managing resources effectively, and assigning tasks with clear deadlines.
• Ensure audit quality, maintaining compliance with company policies and auditing standards while upholding best practices.
• Working closely with Assistant Managers, Managers, and Senior Team Members.
• Liaising with clients, executing audit procedures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, assisting them with their professional development.
• Preparing on-site audit findings reports, identifying key risks, areas of concern, and significant messages for review by senior team members.
• Developing strong client relationships and ensuring a smooth audit process and client satisfaction.
• Collaborating across service lines, recognising where multiple services are provided to the same client and working with other teams to enhance the client experience.
• Contributing to team development, offering support, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Continuously developing expertise, proactively seeking learning opportunities, identifying overlaps in work, and maximising cross-team collaboration.

Applicants will be ACCA or ACA Qualified with previous experience in a similar profile role. You will be accurate, detail-focused, and highly organised and familiar with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero or CCH. You will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills and thew ability to forge strong business relationships with a broad audience. You will also be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines under pressure. Salary negotiable and dependant on qualifications and experience (envisaged to £43-53k), with good benefits. 100% office based (no hybrid). Applicants should live within a sensible commute.
