Our client, a national specialty contractor, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Insulation Project Manager to join their Phoenix office, overseeing commercial and industrial projects across the Southwest.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, experienced project manager who thrives on travel and enjoys running large-scale mechanical insulation projects from start to finish. Projects typically span 12–16 months before transitioning to the next site, with upcoming work across New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and California, including data centers, chip manufacturers, and other high-tech facilities.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary on-site point of contact, overseeing mechanical insulation installation, managing field crews, collaborating with foremen, subcontractors, and general contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of mechanical insulation, full lifecycle project management experience, and the flexibility to travel and relocate temporarily as project needs dictate.
This role offers stability with a strong project pipeline, plus significant financial upside for a self-starting, experienced Project Manager willing to travel and oversee large-scale mechanical insulation projects across multiple states.
If you have 5+ years of mechanical insulation project management experience, enjoy a “road warrior” lifestyle, and are motivated by a hands-on, high-responsibility role with strong financial upside, this is an opportunity for you!
