Our client, a national speciality mechanical insulation contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their west coast team based in either Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix or Los Angeles.
This role supports estimating efforts across the Western U.S., including CO, NM, AZ, CA, UT, NV, OR, WA, ID, MT, and WY. It's a critical hire driven by company growth and a recent acquisition, and the team is looking for someone who can take the lead on mechanical insulation bids while collaborating closely with account managers and branch leaders.
The focus here is estimating with potential to transition into project management. You'll interpret drawings, prepare accurate and competitive proposals, and serve as a go-to resource for newer estimators in the region. Most projects are commercial or industrial in nature, centered on mechanical insulation with occasional firestopping scopes. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the estimating process from start to finish.
If you're confident in your mechanical insulation knowledge and looking for a high-impact role with a stable, growing firm, this could be your next move.
