Our client, a top Land Development Consulting Firm, is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join their established team in Newtown, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead due diligence investigations and prepare site feasibility reports
- Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances, along with applicable agency regulations, to determine development constraints and opportunities
- Prepare conceptual site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, and utility layouts
- Design soil erosion and sediment control plans, sanitary and storm sewer systems, and pump stations
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members throughout project life cycles
- Produce technical reports and present findings to planning/zoning boards, municipal agencies, and client stakeholders
- Support construction efforts with field inspections and engineering documentation
- Utilize design software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, and Bluebeam
- Contribute to a culture of mentorship, learning, and continuous improvement
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in civil site or land development engineering
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification required
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of hydrologic/hydraulic design, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Experience preparing permitting documents and coordinating with regulatory agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Client management or presentation experience is a plus
Location: Newtown, PA
Onsite: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
