Our client, an award-winning custom manufacturer serving the U.S. military and global defense sector, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Bristol, PA.
This newly created, high-impact role is responsible for managing the entire flow of materials—from vendor relationships to production readiness—to ensure the seamless, cost-effective delivery of mission-critical components. The company builds complex, build-to-order systems for defense applications, each containing hundreds of custom parts and supported by thousands of SKUs in active inventory.
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take full ownership of inventory strategy, vendor relationships, and production scheduling to support high-stakes programs with zero tolerance for delays. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the company’s 100% on-time delivery track record while driving efficiency and cost control across the supply chain.

You should bring experience managing inventory in custom or defense-related manufacturing settings and be confident interfacing with procurement, engineering, production, and the executive team.
If you're a supply chain professional looking to step into a strategic, high-visibility role supporting national U.S and global defense efforts, this is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a respected and actively growing manufacturer.

- Support on-time manufacturing by monitoring parts flow, scheduling builds, and identifying bottlenecks.
- Apply lean principles to reduce waste and streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on supply planning and operational improvements.
- Maintain the company’s reputation for on-time delivery and quality in a fast-changing, high-demand environment.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory management in a custom or defense-related manufacturing environment.
- Proven success managing high-SKU environments with attention to detail, cost control, and production deadlines.
