Phriendly Phishing is an Australian-based company who provide security awareness and phishing simulation training solutions. We teach employees how to identify and respond to common, costly and difficult to detect security threats like:

• Phishing
• Spear-phishing
• Ransomware
• Malware and scams

Our training programs are measurable, scalable and can be used by anyone in any organisation, regardless of technical expertise.

How you will make an impact
You will possess a ‘Hunter’ style mentality with strong business development focus. Your role will be to map partner ecosystems, build new relationships, onboard new partners and continue to support them as you look to grow sales pipeline from your portfolio. Your overall achievements will be to ensure that our Channel partners are contributing new customers to our overall sales results.

Day to day you will:

• Prospect to and win new resellers & partners that will then contribute new opportunities via Deal Registration. These opportunities once closed/won will retire your quota each quarter.
• Conduct Account Mapping sessions with all sellers within your partner base on a regular cadence (this is a key KPI in role) to draw out net new opportunities for Phriendly Phishing
• Review existing partner relationships including identifying Hi Potential (HiPo) and TypeA partners, establishing quarterly business reviews with each of them to increase sales of Phriendly Phishing via each partner.
• Retire / move out any underperforming partners that no longer align with our USP and who do not support our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP)
• Negotiate commercial agreements with partners including revenue splits, margins & discounts.
• Act as the central point for all ‘Channel led deals’ qualification, ready for hand over to our A/NZ sales team
• Present frequently to the Phriendly Phishing leadership team on your short and long-term plans, including revenue targets, number of new opportunities and future state growth.
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets on ‘Channel Led deals’ (ie deals that have been brought to us by your channel partner portfolio) supported by our sales reps.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Channel sales role, with a preference for BDM type roles or roles where you have had to recruit and onboard new partners.
• Cyber security experience or SaaS experience highly regarded
• Experience working as part of a successful and high performing national sales team
• High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levels
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work to achieve win-win outcomes
• The ability to self-motivate and work autonomously to meet or exceed targets

This role requires full working rights in Australia, without current or future sponsorship.
