The Team
Phriendly Phishing is an Australian-based company who provide security awareness and phishing simulation training solutions. We teach employees how to identify and respond to common, costly and difficult to detect security threats like:
- Phishing
- Spear-phishing
- Ransomware
- Malware and scams
Our training programs are measurable, scalable and can be used by anyone in your organisation regardless of technical expertise.
How you will make an impact Build effective relationships with current customers & resellers and help them to maximise the use of our Phriendly Phishing solution.
Day to day you will: - From a consultative approach, develop a strategy and plan for achieving customer objectives
- Help the platform administrator develop and manage a mature security awareness program
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in the handling and managing of accounts
- Leverage Phriendly Phishing’s cyber security content and tool kit to increase the proficiency and security culture of the organisation
- Manage the onboarding process with the customer including but not limited to account setup, product implementation and best practice training, initial end-user phishing and training campaigns, and other change management activities
- Coordinate with technical support for technical configuration and complex questions
- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics using Customer Success systems and tools
- Continually work with customers, including management and executive stakeholders, per prescribed engagement model to support ongoing successful adoption of Phriendly Phishing and to drive additional value throughout the lifetime of the subscription term
- Perform periodic business reviews with customers to confirm satisfaction, resolve technical issues, and continually drive successful product adoption
- Conduct periodic strategic engagement reviews with management and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer objectives, industry trends, benchmarking, value delivered, opportunities for additional value, Phriendly Phishing platform updates and overall level of satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications - 4+ years’ experience in account management, customer success with a deep understanding of customer-centric thinking, experience in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry will be highly regarded.
- Experience managing accounts with complex IT systems aligned to portfolio of customers
- Proven history managing customer expectations, building trust and stakeholder engagement through authenticity, problem solving and verbal / written communication skills.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field (preferred)
- Experience using sales and support management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Confluence/Jira and other systems
