How you will make an impact
Execute and managef digital marketing strategies that promote the CyberCX brand and service offering; positioning CyberCX as market leaders in cyber security and cloud transformation.
Day to day you will:
- Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across core channels including email, social media, organic search (SEO) and paid search (SEM).
- Develop copy for email marketing campaigns, lead nurture journeys, customer communications and website content that has a defined structure, clear call-to-action and is in line with CyberCX brand guidelines and standards.
- Create digital assets and content templates for the Sales team to leverage and engage with active prospects and customers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of demand gen activities including webinars and video production.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing activity, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to improve channel and campaigns results.
- Update the website to promote new thought leadership content, blogs, reports, and services provided by CyberCX in each region.
- Monitor and maintain contact hygiene program to ensure accuracy of data, rich audience segmentation and continuously improve email deliverability/ health.
- Manage creative and brand requirements with third-party agencies and suppliers.
Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing and social media roles. In house experience in the technology industry or cyber would be advantageous,
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing platforms to create campaigns, send emails, create landing pages and accurately measure the impact of activity.
- Experience using design software including Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Familiarity using content management systems including WordPress.
- Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing trends, portals and channels.
