How you will make an impact
Collaborate with cross functional IT colleagues and work with our external service providers to build, support and maintain B2B capability using service bridge and custom integration methods.
Day to day you will:
- Develop and lead ServiceNow upgrades and feature development from our backlog
- Perform analysis on defects and contribute to writing user stories
- Build integrations using the ServiceBridge capability and custom integrations.
- Facilitate technical workshops with CCX and its customers to document and solution integrations
- Collaborate with CCX customers during integration projects to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
- Solution design for new features and defect resolutions.
- Develop documentation for developed code and assist in customer facing solution documentation.
- Complete general platform administration activities - manage user groups, workflow mapping, defect resolution and patch management
- Effectively perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/remediation
- Effectively contribute and collaborate with CyberCX customers for the purposes of defect resolution, feature requests and custom B2B work.
- Actively collaborate across CyberCX Practices and Functions, and continuously look for ways to add value
- Facilitate communication across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers including pipeline management, scoping and prioritisation
- Manage and maintain the security of the information controlled by the platforms including information being received, sent or maintained by the platforms.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow capability with middleware for the purposes of sending and receiving information including to any B2B gateways
Skills & Qualifications - 4 years’ experience of ServiceNow including management of external service providers.
- Servicenow ServiceBridge experience
- Australian Citizen
- A tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline
- ServiceNow System Administration training/certificate
- An understanding of the complexities and challenges of a large organization
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with your team, managers, and stakeholders
- Experience of regularly reviewing service levels to identify improvement opportunities
