How you will make an impact
Contribute to the delivery of cyber security projects aligned with the service catalogue of our Networking and Infrastructure Security team.
We deliver built-in business resilience with our end-to-end expertise to design, integrate, engineer and deploy the full suite of digital assets, delivering fast and efficient technology capabilities.
Day to day you will:
- Manage and develop relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties/vendors
- Work with NIS clients to assist them in identifying and effectively managing problems that can be solved through the value provided by the NIS Practice
- Support development and implementation of new technologies within a systems environment by advising on design concepts and changes, implementation strategies, and deployment timelines
- Design and develop high quality business solutions and other projects
- Liaise with customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed solutions or products
- Recognise and promptly advise leadership of potential issues and potential follow-on business opportunities
- Ensure consulting services are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Skills & Qualifications - Tertiary qualification in computer science, computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional level vendor certifications with CyberCX’s core technology partners
- A minimum of 3 years gained from working in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred, with experience in security integration and engineering
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Significant and demonstratable involvement in the architecture, design, implementation or integration of security, network and infrastructure solutions. This will include one or more of the follow technology areas:
- Network Firewalls
- Micro-segmentation
- Applications Protection (WAF/DDoS/API/Bot Protection/ADC/DNS Security)
- Network Access Control
- Endpoint Protection
- Application Control
- SIEM
- Secure Services Edge – SWG, CASB, DLP, User Behaviour Analytics and Zero Trust
- Remote Access / ZTNA
- Vulnerability and Asset Management
- Networking - Data Centre, Campus, Wireless
- Wide Area Networking – SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Connectivity, Network-as-a-Service
- Hypervisor/Hyperconverged, Storage/Compute, Backup, Disaster Recovery
- Server OS – Patching/Hardening/CIS Benchmarking
- Active Directory Services (AD Upgrades/Migrations, Entra Connect, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, PKI/Certificate Services)
