As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Service Operations team to deliver reliable and sustainable technical services, outcomes, and solutions in line with the contracted services of the assigned client portfolios, positioning CyberCX as Australia’s greatest force of cyber security professionals.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Managed Services in accordance with the CyberCX Enterprise Service Management Framework
- Coordinate, schedule and prioritise contracted outcomes for assigned clients
- Drive and facilitate high quality communication, knowledge sharing, and proactive service delivery outcomes
- Ensure that KPIs and SLAs applicable to the Managed Services agreements for assigned customer accounts are met and where failures occur escalate to the Service Lead to address issues and risks and implement service improvements.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with an ability to build credibility with clients, leaders, and internal working teams.
- Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
Skills & experience - Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar field (desirable).
- ITIL Foundation and ITIL Capability qualifications (desirable).
- Suitable vendor certifications.
- 1 year experience in IT security / engineering / operations or similar field.
