How you will make an impact
Own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.
Day to day you will:
- Address and resolve incidents and service requests
- Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
- Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
- Take ownership of support request and releases
- Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process
- Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements
- Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments
- Be proactive in customer environments, applying skills and technical brilliance
- Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required
Skills & Qualifications - Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable
- Microsoft Azure and/or M365 certifications advantageous
- At least 1 years’ experience in IT engineering / operations or similar field
- Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies is ideal
- Microsoft Azure & M365 Security Services including
▪ Microsoft Sentinel
▪ Microsoft Defender Suite
▪ Microsoft Purview / Information Protection
▪ Azure/M365 Security Workloads
- Azure AD & Identity Governance
- Modern Endpoint Management (Windows 10 / 11, Intune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility)
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Platforms
- Microsoft Azure Application Development
- Azure DevOps or DevSecOps
- Azure Security Services
- Terraform
- Able to work autonomously and use initiative to achieve desired outcomes
- Able to explore new challenges, and know when guidance from someone with more domain
- experience is required
