We’re looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented and solutions-focused professional to support our Financial Services team. This role is ideal for someone with cyber security knowledge who enjoys working on presales activities, developing proposals and creating high-quality client collateral.
The role will also focus on creating and analysing new go-to-market offerings by collaborating with subject matter experts across the business to develop these propositions and identify target clients.
In this role, you will help shape client responses, support solution development and work closely with sales, industry and technical teams to produce compelling, well-structured content for Financial Services opportunities.
How will you make an impact
You will play an important role in helping CyberCX respond to opportunities across the Financial Services sector. From RFP responses and proposal writing to presentations and solution collateral, you will help turn client requirements into clear, credible and commercially aligned cyber security responses.
Working with account teams, consultants and technical specialists, you will support the presales process and help create materials that demonstrate the value of CyberCX services to current and prospective clients.
Day to day you will
- Support the development of responses to RFPs, RFIs, tenders and other client requests across the Financial Services sector
- Gather, structure and tailor content from across the business to create clear, compelling and high-quality proposal responses
- Help develop client-facing collateral including presentations, capability statements, solution overviews, case studies and other sales materials
- Work with account teams and technical specialists to shape solution responses that align to customer requirements
- Assist in translating client needs into practical and well-articulated cyber security solution approaches
- Support bid coordination activities, including reviewing requirements, tracking inputs and managing response timelines
- Contribute to statements of work, proposal documents and other presales artefacts
- Ensure responses and collateral are consistent, accurate and aligned to CyberCX capabilities, messaging and standards
- Tailor content for Financial Services clients, taking into account sector challenges, risk considerations and regulatory expectations
- Build strong working relationships across sales, consulting and delivery teams to source the right information for each opportunity
- Maintain and improve reusable content, templates and response libraries for future opportunities
- Stay current with cyber security trends and Financial Services industry developments to strengthen proposal and collateral quality
Skills & qualifications - 2–5 years’ experience in solution consulting, cyber security, technology consulting or a related role
- Exposure to presales, bid coordination and proposal writing is desirable
- Strong writing, editing and document development skills, with the ability to create polished client-facing content
- Experience supporting RFP, tender or proposal responses in a professional services, technology or consulting environment
- Foundational understanding of cyber security concepts and services
- Exposure to Financial Services, or an interest in supporting clients in banking, insurance, superannuation or payments
- Ability to interpret client requirements and help shape structured, relevant and commercially sound responses
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple concurrent opportunities
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders to gather inputs and refine content
- Strong PowerPoint and Word skills, with the ability to produce high-quality sales and proposal collateral
- Familiarity with Financial Services regulatory frameworks such as APRA, CPS 230, CPS 234 and PCI-DSS
