We’re looking for a Manager – Operational Technology (OT) to lead complex engagements, advise senior stakeholders, and help shape the future of OT cyber security across a range of industries.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, deep OT cyber security expertise, strong people leadership, and commercial acumen to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers while growing capability within our OT practice.

About the role
As the Manager – OT, you will lead project teams of OT specialists and act as a trusted cyber security adviser to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading cross-practice engagement teams, supporting consultants, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring excellence in planning, delivery, and execution.

You will contribute across the full client engagement lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities, to successful project delivery, closure, and ongoing relationship management.

What you’ll do

• Advise customers on their business needs and strategic OT cyber security priorities
• Manage and grow key customer relationships, including account planning, change management, and identification of follow-on opportunities
• Lead OT cyber security engagements from scoping and planning through to delivery and review
• Coordinate resources required for successful project implementation
• Lead the development of major strategic proposals and support business growth
• Analyse complex customer environments, identify value-creating opportunities, and present key findings to executive stakeholders
• Drive innovation by improving service offerings, delivery approaches, and practice capability
• Build strong collaboration across teams and functions to deliver integrated customer outcomes
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing OT practice team members
• Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years’ experience in Operational Technology or OT cyber security, ideally within a consulting firm, industrial organisation, OT OEM, or large technology environment
• Strong experience leading teams and delivering complex customer engagements
• Demonstrated success in building trusted stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Experience identifying, qualifying, and supporting the sale of consulting engagements
• A strategic mindset and the ability to connect project delivery to broader business objectives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, confidently, and with influence
• A degree in engineering, cyber security, information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferred
• OT-related certifications such as IEC 62443, GICSP, or GRID will be highly regarded
