Lead OT cyber projects that protect the systems industry relies on

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our OT Cyber Security practice. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who can lead delivery, build trusted customer relationships, and help design and implement practical security outcomes across complex OT environments.

About the opportunity

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored OT security solutions for customers while ensuring projects stay aligned to business objectives and deliver real outcomes. You’ll also mentor junior team members, contribute to solution design, and support the growth of the practice through strong collaboration and customer engagement.

This role will suit someone with a background in OT, industrial control systems, cyber security, systems integration, or engineering who enjoys combining technical depth with client-facing consulting.

What you’ll do

• Lead the delivery of OT cyber security projects across a range of customer environments
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and technology vendors
• Help customers identify risks and opportunities that can be addressed through OT security solutions
• Lead solution design, implementation planning, and deployment activities for new technologies
• Configure, implement, and commission OT cyber security solutions
• Develop high-quality business solutions and strategic project deliverables
• Assess customer needs and contribute to planning and broader strategic discussions
• Support sales activity with input on scope, solution design, costs, and implementation considerations
• Prepare clear, detailed documentation aligned with customer architecture and standards

What you’ll bring

• 2 - 5 years’ experience in professional services, automation systems integration, cyber security, or the broader technology industry
• Experience in security technology integration and engineering
• Exposure to the design, implementation, operation, or maintenance of instrumentation and/or control systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and operational teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, with a focus on practical and scalable solutions

Highly regarded:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• OT cyber certifications such as IEC 62443, GICSP, or GRID
• Vendor certifications aligned to core technology partners
