New Customer Operations Role - support the CCO with Administering Sales Commissions and support Cyber CX's Sales Team internationally
Position Summary & Primary Objectives
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), the Commission and Sales Analyst is responsible for administering CyberCX’s sales commission plan and supporting the implementation of related system improvements.
The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of all data, reporting, and processes that underpin sales performance recognition and commission payments.
It also provides guidance to plan participants and sales leaders, helping maintain compliance and operational consistency across the sales commission framework.
