The Role: Service Coordinator
As a Service Coordinator within our Managed Services team, you’ll help ensure our technical services are delivered reliably, consistently and in line with our client commitments.
You’ll sit at the centre of delivery, coordinating outcomes, maintaining service quality and ensuring clients experience the best of CyberCX.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and prioritising contracted managed service outcomes
- Supporting delivery in line with our Enterprise Service Management Framework
- Tracking and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
- Escalating risks and service issues proactively
- Facilitating strong communication between technical teams and clients
- Driving continuous service improvement
You’ll work closely with Service Leads and technical specialists to ensure delivery is smooth, responsive and resilient.
About You
You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
You likely bring:
- 1+ years’ experience in IT security, engineering, operations or service coordination
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- A resilient, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
- ITIL Foundation (or working towards it)
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline
- Relevant vendor certifications
