CyberCX is looking for an experienced Security and Network Engineer to join their team.

You will be comfortable taking the lead designing and delivering enterprise sized Palo Alto Solutions.

Position Summary & Primary Objectives:
  
The Senior Consultant will deliver tailored high-quality solutions for CyberCX clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the project work delivered to the client is outcome focused.

The Senior Consultant will also provide mentoring and peer support of other team members where required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of cyber security projects aligned with service catalogue
• Manage and develop relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties / vendors
• Work with NIS clients to assist them in identifying and effectively managing problems that can be solved through the value provided by the NIS Practice
• Lead the development and implementation of new technologies within a large systems environment by advising on architecture, design concepts, implementation strategies and deployment timelines
• Design and develop high quality business solutions and other projects.
• Evaluate customer's business needs with input and strategic planning of business systems and directions
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes
• Ensure consulting services are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Write detailed reports that document work completed and ensure that proposed system (s) and architecture(s) are consistent with client organisation's architecture guideline and requirements
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge around the relevant technologies and solutions in the market

Preferred Experience and Skills

You will have previously been involved in design and delivery of large security integration and engineering projects with the below technologies:

• Palo Alto - PCNSE highly desirable
• Fortinet / Fortigate / FortiSASE
• Route/Switch/Firewall
• SDWAN / SASE
• CISCO / LAN / WAN
• Airlock

Desirable Skills:

• Backup / Veeam
• VMware / NetApp / Storage Compute
• EDR / Crowdstrike 
• Splunk / Tenable / Vulnerability Management / SIEM / Qualys 

Candidates with vendors certificates are favoured.

You will have effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams.
