CyberCX is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Cyber Intelligence to play a key leadership role within our Cyber Intelligence practice.
This role is about more than delivery. You’ll help shape strategy, drive commercial growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver intelligence outcomes that genuinely influence customer and executive decision-making.

What you’ll be responsible for
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead operational and commercial growth activities for a CyberCX Intelligence sub-practice or region, including developing and executing growth strategies
- Own and strengthen senior stakeholder relationships, identifying and converting commercial opportunities
- Deliver and/or oversee the delivery of complex cyber intelligence products and services to internal and external customers
- Build and maintain deep subject matter expertise across the cyber threat landscape and intelligence tradecraft
- Advance CyberCX Intelligence methodologies, processes, sources, and systems to improve quality, productivity, and customer outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and thought leader, influencing executives and decision-makers
- Lead, mentor, and develop analysts, creating a culture of empowerment, accountability, and collaboration
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring a combination of technical credibility, leadership maturity, and commercial acumen, including:
- 8+ years’ experience in an intelligence role, ideally within a global consulting firm or large technology organisation
- Strong, practical knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, intelligence processes, and intelligence products
- Proven experience leading large, diverse teams and delivering outcomes that support both customer success and employee engagement
- Advanced capability across planning, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience advising senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and impactful intelligence products
- Strong professional judgement and a track record of performing in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- An active security clearance, or the ability and willingness to obtain one
