Looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Strategy Manager who can consult, scope, strategise, implement and deliver enterprise Cyber Security Programs
Position Summary & Primary Objectives
The Senior Manager in the Strategy & Consulting team is responsible for leading a team of Strategy & Consulting specialists and acting as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations.
You will actively contribute throughout the engagement lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities, to delivery, managing engagement commercials and closure - in addition to ongoing management of client relationships.
This is achieved by leading a team of Strategy & Consulting consultants and through building client trust by communicating with influence, demonstrating excellence in planning and execution, and contributing deep cyber security knowledge.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning
- Manage all, or part of, a relationship with customers, including change management, account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work
- Manage engagement teams, including project scoping and definition, work plan development and implementation, meeting preparation and facilitation, and project management
- Contribute to market development and offering development activities to grow the practice and create client value
- Contribute to the management of engagement financials to support sustainable and profitable client delivery
- Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to complete product implementation and preparation of major strategic proposals
- Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, developing cohesive conclusions, and presenting key findings at the executive level
- Identify, recommend, and establish innovative service offerings and ways to improve existing approaches through a thorough analysis and consultation process. Foster a culture of excellence. Challenge the way we do things and look for opportunities to improve on an ongoing basis
Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS experience working for a global consulting firm or large technology company in cyber security, ideally with experience across privacy or data management or strategic risk.
