Support clients in solving cloud and security challenges alongside experiences team members.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with our customers to deliver Amazon Web Services (AWS) security and compliance projects in line with the agreed scope, CyberCX standards, and relevant industry standards or frameworks
• Provide the very best subject matter expertise and advice to our customers
• Work through customer specifications and liaise with architects to develop solutions in line with defined requirements - design and/or implement technical solutions
• Author documentation to the highest standard, producing high-quality reports and presentations for customer stakeholders
• Facilitate customer meetings and workshops
• Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with stakeholders
• Participate in the development of intellectual property and repeatable solutions

Skills & Qualifications 

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
• At least 1 years' experience in implementing and/or supporting cloud services, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Understanding of cloud security principles, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Experience with DevSecOps toolchain.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, ECS, and EKS.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Powershell
• Experience working with Unix / Windows workloads.
• Basic understanding of networking and cloud connectivity.
