How you will make an impact
Support clients in solving cloud and security challenges alongside experiences team members.
This role is your opportunity to learn core cloud infrastructure and security skills while directly supporting client success.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with our customers to deliver Amazon Web Services (AWS) security and compliance projects in line with the agreed scope, CyberCX standards, and relevant industry standards or frameworks
- Provide the very best subject matter expertise and advice to our customers
- Work through customer specifications and liaise with architects to develop solutions in line with defined requirements - design and/or implement technical solutions
- Author documentation to the highest standard, producing high-quality reports and presentations for customer stakeholders
- Facilitate customer meetings and workshops
- Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with stakeholders
- Participate in the development of intellectual property and repeatable solutions
Skills & Qualifications - Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
- At least 1 years' experience in implementing and/or supporting cloud services, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Understanding of cloud security principles, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Experience with DevSecOps toolchain.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, ECS, and EKS.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Powershell
- Experience working with Unix / Windows workloads.
- Basic understanding of networking and cloud connectivity.
