Position Summary & Primary Objectives:
Reporting to the Director Partnerships and Alliances, the Manager Partner Operations is responsible for vendor partner operations for CyberCX ANZ.
The Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for the business performance, internal to external engagement, and governance required to execute CyberCX’s vendor partner operations in Australia and New Zealand.
Revenue and profitability: engage with the CyberCX customer team on pipeline to close sales activity related to product sales, prioritizing renewal sales activity.
Key Relationship Stakeholder: be the first point of escalation for engagement between the CyberCX customer operations team, our vendor partners, and distributors.
Governance: take responsibility and ownership of the tools used to manage our vendor partner ecosystem; internal database of agreements and certifications.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute the vendor partner strategy for CyberCX supporting engagement with strategic, tactical, and emerging partner model.
- Maintain vendor partners database of the legal, commercial, and contractual obligations and agreements; maintain agreement lifecycle and manage agreement renewal, addendums, and partner program updates.
- Take ownership of CyberCX Distributor – Relationship Management.
- Renewals management - Lead customer retention through proactive planning, management, and execution of the product renewals with customers and internal teams
- Work with sales operations to ensure deal registration and partner portal access.
- Ensure the professional services team have access to partner technical support tools, downloads, and knowledge base – be the conduit for partner support teams.
- Partner programs – Be informed of the latest partner programs of the vendor-partner and keep the internal knowledge base updated.
- Coordinate and liaise with partners to support CyberCX customer teams bid and RFP preparation; commercial negotiation (price & margin), customer references.
- Work with Legal, Finance and the Practice leads as conduit into the vendor-partner eco system, including facilitating reseller agreements, negotiation and contracts novation.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills - Bachelor’s in IT, cyber security or related field highly regarded
- Hands-on experience with large and complex vendor partner relationships is critical
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organization, and commercial acumen in previous roles – technical understanding a plus.
- Understanding of sales operations and vendor partner engagement; territory planning, go to market, CRM, sales and account planning.
- Strong and confident presentation skills - written and verbal communication capable to build credibility with internal & external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business
