Position Summary & Primary Objectives
Reporting to the Director, Administration and Support, the Administrative Coordinator is a key member of the shared services team.
The Administrative Coordinator is accountable for a broad range of
activities from general administrative tasks including but not limited
to supporting front of house servicing, reception tasks, meeting and
greeting clients, organising catering and assisting with general
office management.
In addition, you will be handling queries and problem solving through to actively contributing to projects within the teams.
