The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing Commercial Solutions Group (CSG). In this role, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex technology and cyber security projects—ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
You’ll work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams, translating business requirements into actionable delivery plans, managing project resources, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical and cyber security projects from initiation through to transition and support.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and report status to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and communication throughout each engagement.
- Identify delivery or process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement across project operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, logs, and reports.
- Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and cost estimation activities.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in information technology, with at least 3 years in software development, engineering, or project management.
- Proven record of successfully delivering complex IT or cyber projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Certification highly regarded (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner).
- Strong technical acumen with understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
- Skilled in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams (or similar PM and collaboration tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building credibility across all levels.
- Experience in budget management, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
