How you will make an impact
Manage the sale of CyberCX capabilities, products, professional services and managed services to existing account customers. Identify further sales opportunities within these accounts, building new account customers, managing customer satisfaction and retention, and coordinating the preparation and presentation of CCX sales proposals, quotes and tenders.
The Senior Account Manager is accountable for meeting account growth targets and KPIs.
Day to day you will:
- Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans regarding multiple key customer accounts to achieve sales revenue/ quota targets
- Work closely with new and existing customers to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue
- Maintain call rates to assure contact with assigned customers, and act as the main interface between the customer and CyberCX to ensure a continued high service level
- Form long-term business partnerships and understand the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote CyberCX as a quality supplier, with the aim of achieving "preferred" supplier status
- Negotiate price and volume discounts (where applicable) in accordance with CyberCX’s policies and liaise with technical staff regarding technical issues to ensure customer retention and continued business
- Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of customer engagement, following up referrals/leads and keeping abreast of competitor's sales strategies
- Enable and conduct product demonstrations and conversations with customers and technical SMEs
- Lead the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and account management plans
- Coordinate, conduct and drive sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays
- Forecast and track customer account metrics, and drive customer retention, renewals, upsells and customer satisfaction, including regular reporting.
- Maintain accurate business reporting including sales forecasts, CRM information and territory plans
Skills & Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years account management and customer-focused solutions experience
- Proven project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
- An ability to influence and engage with customers with exceptional listening and negotiation skills as well as excellent relationship management capability
- Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems
- A record of consistently exceeding quota
- Demonstrable ability to win new customers and understand how to leverage CyberCX offerings, team, methodology and capabilities to grow your accounts
