How you will make an impact
Reporting to the CyberCX Mining industry Client Director, the Program Success Manager will have a dual role, combining core customer operations responsibilities with program success and onboarding management. This includes supporting quoting processes, managing vendor engagement, handling sales order processing and invoicing, providing backfill support during leave periods, and addressing invoice queries.
This role will be based on-site with the client in their Brisbane CBD offices.
Day to day you will:
- Support quoting processes in collaboration with the Customer Operations team.
- Manage vendor engagement and dual registration processes.
- Handle sales order processing and invoicing.
- Provide backfill support for standard customer operations functions during leave periods.
- Address and resolve invoice queries
- Lead onboarding and program management of hardware into the client
- Conduct physical asset verification at Port of Brisbane (e.g., MAC addresses, serial numbers, labels).
- Manage consignment tracking and logistics coordination between Australia and Papua New Guinea.
- Liaise with vendors and logistics providers to ensure timely hardware delivery and setup.
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting on renewals, subscriptions, and program status.
- Participate in quarterly/monthly review meetings, vendor health checks, and account team health checks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer success and delivery.
Skills & Qualifications - Prior experience in a complex sales environment
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High performing, outcome-focused and self-motivated
- Strong background in customer operations, program coordination, or onboarding roles.
- Experience with logistics, hardware asset management, and vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
