With an unwavering focus on system health, performance and maintenance our Managed Security Services team bring together a high level of expertise and professionalism while delivering and responding to critical incidents and service requests. 

Day to Day responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and services requests for Networking and Network Security infrastructure and other related technologies.
• Build, Manage and maintain secure connectivity solutions including LAN/MAN/WAN, Enterprise Wireless, SD WAN, Access Control, VPNs, firewalls, cloud gateways and Datacentre environments.
• Perform system administration and maintenance of connectivity platforms and network security infrastructure.
• Implement and manage security protocols, vulnerability assessments, and continuous monitoring across all connectivity services.
• Build effective working relationships both internally and externally
• Technically support and develop your team colleagues and provide technical leadership for escalation and timely resolution.
• Contribute to processes and review their application to ensure that controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively
• Follow and enforce ITIL aligned incident, request fulfilment, problem and change management process for changes required on customer’s network

About you

• 7+ years’ experience in Networking and Network Security roles within large enterprise environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to leverage your experience and knowledge across a broad array of tools to solve complex problems.
• Deep expertise in managing and operating next-generation firewalls and secure networking solutions.
• Palo Alto Firewalls – Experience implementing, managing, supporting and maintaining - Active PCNSE certification is desirable
• Cisco Enterprise Networking (Route/Switch/SDWAN/Wireless/ISE/DNA) – Experience  implementing, managing, supporting and maintaining - CCNP is desirable.
• SASE/SSE Platforms such as Palo Alto Prisma Access with Global Protect
• Solid scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) to support automation and integration.

Nice to haves
Experience designing, implementing, supporting and maintaining:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM
• ITIL Foundation qualifications and suitable vendor certifications preferred
• Network Monitoring solutions, ie ThousandEyes, Logicmonitor.
• Experience with Vulnerability platforms, ie Tenable.
