Position Summary & Primary Objectives
Reporting to the Manager – Customer Operations, Customer Operations, Specialist is a key first point of contact for customers, providing support, information, and advice to CyberCX's customers and positioning CyberCX as Australia’s greatest force of cyber security professionals.
The Customer Operations Specialist’s is key responsibility is helping the Customer Organisation to be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to their customers. You will be supporting the Account Managers’ work with actioning inbound enquiries, support sales transactions with the full cycle of the deal and actioning internal and external customer enquiries.
