How you will make an impact
Take primary responsibility for all AWS Marketplace operations here at CyberCX.
The AWS Marketplace Lead will drive growth at CyberCX by positioning AWS Marketplace as a preferred transaction route to market for third-party software and SaaS vendors to CyberCX customers in ANZ.
Day to day you will:
- Provide guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on how to identify, evaluate, and procure third-party software and SaaS solutions via AWS Marketplace.
- Share AWS Marketplace programs, features, and best practices, facilitate the enablement of internal stakeholders to develop productized market offers and sell via AWS Marketplace, including managed service and professional service practices, i.e. bundled offering.
- Produce and communicate new AWS Marketplace service offering, incentives, and partner programs to the CyberCX Customer (Sales) Team and AWS partner stakeholders within CyberCX.
- Facilitate AWS and CyberCX sales team co-sell engagement to share account plans, maintain pipeline of joint opportunities, apply for credits, seek expansion opportunities for the CyberCX Professional Services practices.
- Engage customers and CyberCX Account Managers through the full lifecycle of AWS Marketplace engagement—from offer development to customer acceptance.
- Be responsible for AWS Marketplace revenue streams—including Consulting Partner Private Offers (CPPOs), new sales, renewals, and professional services—aligned with the anniual revenue targets, focused on acquiring net new clients transacting on AWS Marketplace.
- Produce forecasting – Monthly/Quarterly forecasting for number of AWS Marketplace transactions and revenue including new and renewals.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of the opportunities on the AWS Partner Network – ACE. Acquisition of net new clients – transaction on AWS Marketplace.
- Management of Buy with AWS Storefront – Drive leads and pipeline via Storefront
Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s in IT, cyber security or related field highly regarded
- Hands-on experience with large and complex vendor partner relationships is critical
- AWS Marketplace operations experience is mandatory, AWS go to market understanding and experience a must.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organization, and commercial acumen in previous roles – technical understanding a plus.
- Understanding of sales operations and vendor partner engagement; territory planning, go to market, CRM, sales and account planning.
- Strong and confident presentation skills - written and verbal communication capable to build credibility with internal & external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business
- Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
