Position Summary & Primary Objectives

Reporting into the Executive Business Partner, the Administrative Business Partner is a key member of the shared services team. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members in addition to providing office and facilities management.
• Maintain complex calendars of ELT and founders including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectives
• Structure cadence of ELT calendars to support long-term business objectives
• Manage end to end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as and when needed
• Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and priorities
• Attend ELT/business meetings to assist and/or own the agenda to ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables
• Partner with the Administration, IT and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve needs and issues as they arise

• Minimum 5+ years’ senior leader support experience, with some C-level support experience preferred
• Experience in complex calendar management in a matrixed, global organisation
• Proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage an executive calendar
• Exceptionally organised, relentlessly resourceful, calm under pressure, strategic multi-tasker, with a deep love of logistics and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior management and internal working teams within CyberCX
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business
