How you will make an impact
Reporting to the Executive Director of our Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) practice, the Operations Specialist supports presales activity alongside the internal teammates and CyberCX customers.
Day to day you will:
- Own and develop collateral to support business development for DFIR, including case studies, testimonials, service descriptions, internal training & enablement collateral, pricing frameworks, and other solutions, proposals and go-to-market material.
- Own and run the DFIR retainer program – from presales to post-sales support.
- Assist with presales, inquiries and proposals for DFIR retainers.
- Onboard new retainer customers.
- Manage customer spend pre-paid fees/hours) throughout the retainer lifecycle.
- Manage non-incident related customer inquires.
- Support the internal relationship the DFIR practice and the wider group Customer Sales team team – educating them on sales requirements to support business development.
- Actively engage with and leverage subject matter experts across DFIR to support business development activities.
- Share and promote the successes of the DFIR team both within CyberCX and across industry, including support for online and other marketing opportunities.
- Continually enhance satisfaction of customers and support renewal of repeatable services through close stakeholder management, regular customer engagement, sourcing customer feedback and supporting improvements of service delivery
Skills & Qualifications - Australian citizenship with the ability to hold an Australian Security Clearance.
- Experience (1+ years) in presales or solution design roles, ideally including professional services, cyber security and/or technology – with a strong focus on relationships.
- Technical experience in Cybersecurity (ideally Digital Forensics & Incident Response, or associated domains).
- Multi-Level stakeholder engagement, communication & presentation skills, with an ability to build credibility and trust with senior leaders and internal teams.
- An understanding of best-practices for the sales lifecycles, presales support, engagement and pursuit.
- Existing knowledge and relationships of the market and buyers of DFIR Services.
- Inquisitive and determined, you maintain focus on the objective of your work and are dedicated to seeing it completed successfully.
