Day to Day responsibilities
- Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting on event data collected from computing platforms, network elements and security devices, escalating where required.
- Deal with requests in line with service level agreements (SLA's) and manage communication to key customer contacts
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and services requests for infrastructure and other related technologies (e.g., network, systems, cloud, etc.)
- Maintain system health and performance through proactive maintenance and patching activities across infrastructure
- Perform configuration and administration of infrastructure
- Contribute to processes and review their application to ensure that the controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively
- Follow and enforce ITIL aligned incident, request fulfilment, problem and change management process for any changes required on customer’s network
- Communicate with clients in a timely manner
About you - 1 - 2 years of experience, specifically with the following
- Administration of Identity and Access (Microsoft Active Directory)
- User Account issue resolution
- Security Group Management
- Certificate Request Management
- EntraID Hybrid Identity Management
- User Account and Application access issue resolution
- MFA Token Reset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to leverage server/network knowledge and a broad of array of tools to solve problems
- Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
