About the opportunity
Working with our global Client Services & Marketing department, as the Business Development and Client Services Manager you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and capturing new growth opportunities and clientele within the UK and European language services industry
- Increasing Oncall’s visibility in the industry through various channels
- Maintaining and developing existing client relationships
- Promoting dialogue with clients to facilitate feedback both ways.
You will efficiently manage our UK Client Services team and offer guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals. You will also provide regular reports and updates to Oncall’s head office, based in Australia. Who we’re looking for
With extensive experience in a sales or account management role in a translation or interpreting environment, you have a keen knowledge of the language services market in the global context.
You have a demonstrable ability to achieve individual and team targets on time and in an autonomous work environment. You have done this by thinking creatively and taking accountability.
You’re a highly persuasive communicator both in written and spoken form, and you are comfortable when presenting to audiences of varying size and background. What’s on offer
