About the Opportunity
 
Oncall Language Services is looking for an experienced and people-focused Accounts Receivables Officer to lead our Receivables function and support our finance function. Oncall is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking to add a talented individual to its operations.
Based in our Albert Park head-office and overlooking the stunning Albert Park Lake, this is a pivotal leadership role that provides an excellent professional development opportunity while making a material impact to business performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your primary duty is to manage the debtor book and ensure that customer positions are current and free from irregularities.

You will have end-to-end responsibility for:

• The accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accuracy in customer payments in a high-volume environment.
• Customer billing analysis, generation and reconciliation.
• Internal and external relationship management. 
• Leveraging digital tools to bring efficiency to the receivables process.
• Support the wider accounting function in respect of liquidity management, amongst other opportunities.
• Driving performance through KPIs, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

This is a Monday to Friday, in office role, focused on leadership, performance, and strategic oversight.

About You

You are a hands-on finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and one who genuinely cares about people and customers.  You’ve a strong attention to detail and look for process order and rigour.
You will bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in an accounts receivable role, potentially in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Proven experience in managing an end-to-end Receivables function.
• MYOB Advanced expertise and history of leveraging digital tools.
• Experience in driving process improvement and change.
• Designing and reporting on Receivables-specific KPIs and quality frameworks.
• Engagement and motivation, and a passion for building rapport with stakeholders.
