The Opportunity
We are looking for an Interpreter & Client Services Liaison Officer (full-time) to join our South Melbourne office. This newly shared role sits at the intersection of our Interpreter Relations and Client Services teams. As the Interpreter & Client Services Liaison Officer, you will play a key part in enhancing operational effectiveness by providing consistent, high-quality support across feedback management, case resolution, and administrative coordination. In this role, you will be:
